📢 Annoncering af stillingsopslag

For at få mest muligt ud af markedsføringen af jeres virksomhed og stillinger, anbefaler vi, at I slår jeres stillinger op på jeres stand hurtigst muligt. Kandidater kan nemlig se jeres stand 4 uger før selve jobmessen afholdes. Se hvordan I opretter stillingsopslag her.

I optimerer jeres stillingsopslag ved at: 

• Beskrive stillingens indhold og forventede kvalifikationer tydeligt.
• Skrive stillingsopslaget på engelsk.
• Henvise til egen jobportal og/eller hjemmeside. 

Vær dog opmærksom på at platformen giver jobsøgere mulighed for at søge stillinger direkte via platformen. Derfor er det vigtigt, at I løbende holder øje med platformen, så I ikke går glip af kvalificerede ansøgere.

📅 Book online interview

I har mulighed for at booke online interview med kandidater, der har vist interesse for en af jeres stillinger. På jobmessen den 14. maj har I adgang til nogle 30-minutters ”interview slots”. I vælger på forhånd, hvilke ”slots”, I vil gøre tilgængelige for kandidater. Se hvordan her.

Online interview afholdes via audio-video chat programmet Jitsi. I behøver hverken at installere programmet eller tilpasse jeres system/firewall. 

💬 Chat med kandidater på messedagen

Via en chat-funktion, der er indbygget som en del af jeres udstillerkonto, har I mulighed for at chatte med kandidater i løbet af dagen. Vi forventer, at I er tilgængelige til at chatte med kandidater i messens to timer (medmindre I holder oplæg).

📢 Advertising job vacancies

To maximize the visibility of your company and job vacancies, we recommend that you post your positions on your booth as soon as possible. Candidates will be able to see your booth four weeks before the job fair. See how to create job vacancies here. 

You can optimize your job vacancies by: 

• Making a clear and detailed description of the position and the required qualifications.
• Writing the job vacancy in English.
• Referring to your own job portal and/or website. 

Be aware that the platform offers jobseekers the opportunity to apply for positions directly through the platform. Make sure to keep an eye on the platform on a regular basis so you do not miss any qualified job applicants.

📅 Book online interviews

The platform offers you the opportunity to book online interviews with relevant candidates who have shown interest in a specific position. During the job fair on May 14th, you will have access to 30 minutes interview slots. You decide when to make interview slots available. See how here. 

The online interviews work via the audio and video chat program Jitsi, which you do not have to install or adapt to any systems or firewalls.

💬  Chat with candidates on the day of the fair

Via the chat function, which is a part of your exhibitor booth, it is possible to chat with candidates throughout the day. We expect you to be available to chat with candidates for the duration of the fair (two hours) - unless you are conducting a presentation.

EU Financial Support Scheme for Job Seekers

If you are a citizen or resident of EU, Norway or Iceland, you may be eligible fo financial support to cover some of the expenses related to job interviews or relocation within EU. 🏠

The Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS) is an EU mobility scheme with the aim to increase mobility of workers and match those to employers with shortages in EU. Target groups are jobseekers aged 18 or older and employers from an EU country, Norway or Iceland. 👩‍💼👨‍💼
